I’m sorry to be all morbid lately but the trend continues.

Warren Zevon died 2 years ago today and so today’s show is a tribute to him. This is a concert from 23 May 1985 recorded at Rockefeller’s in Houston, Texas. It is a nice solo performance featuring a few songs that were not put to vinyl for almost two years on his Sentimental Hygiene album. We also have him covering “Start Me Up” by the Rolling Stones. I had a chance to see him here in Madison back in 1994 or so and had a great time. I miss his sardonic sense of humor and his music.
