Degrees of Separation

In the current Degrees of Separation contest from Discipline Global Mobile, the trick is to link Robert Fripp to Shaun Cassidy in as few steps as possible. I don't even know where to start. Maybe one of Cassidy's third cousins twice removed had lunch with one of Brian Eno's old college roommates. Luckily I have until the end of January to come up with an answer.
