While I think that American Idol is a waste of the airwaves, I mention it here because a fellow Madisonian is doing well on the show. Denise Jackson, 16, has made it to the show’s semi-finals. Best of luck to Miss D. My roommates will be watching.

Sir, I am concerned about your recent posts about 16 year old girls. I know you have a “European ” attitude about these matters, but here in the states it’s unacceptable.
