Live Music on the Horizon – 7 Jan '09

I spy with my little eye some more good shows here in Madison for ‘09. To wit:

Firstly are these guys – the North Mississippi All-Stars. They’ll be at the Majestic Theatre on 6 February.

Buckwheat Zydeco stops at the Memorial Union Frederic March Play Circle on 18 February.

And then on 12 March Shemekia Copeland appears at the High Noon Saloon.

Down in beautiful Stoughton at the Opera House, there are a trio of good shows on the horizon:

Iris DeMent – 13 March
The Del McCoury Band – 21 March
Richie Havens – 24 April
