This week I am posting various shows related to the “Smart Sounds, Alt Music, Mad Scenes” exhibit at the Wisconsin Historical Museum which looks at the alternative/hardcore scene in the Madison during the 1980s and 90s.
This is Madison’s own Tar Babies recorded on 13 November 1982 at the Goofy’s Upper Deck in Minneapolis, MN. I gave a copy of this show to Bucky Pope and he had no idea what the song titles were and basically had a good laugh at his younger self.
